Next Meeting - Monday August 10th, Look out for the next project day also.

President Paul Higson Minute - It’s obvious now that we are a smaller and leaner club. This is something we should not ignore, but lean in to. As a smaller club we can be more agile and focused on achieving outcomes. Everyone has proportionately more of a say and a responsibility in the running of the club. Now is a great time to bring along any prospective members to a meeting.  Obviously, it would be great to build the numbers up again as we come out of COVID and into a new era. For the time being though lets also think about the strengths of our club and how we can make a difference.

"Luau Night" Supporting Cambodia Charitable Trust - A new date is set on October 31st for the club's major fundraising where the funds will be supporting the Cambodia Charitable Trust and their teachers training program. The fundraiser will include, Cook Island Dancing Troupe, Cook Island Style Dinner (Umu - Food cooked in a Earthen Oven served with Seasonal Salads followed by Dessert), Local Entertainment and Auction Prizes. The venue will be at the re-furbished Mount Maunganui Lifesaving Club.

Thank to those that made it on the day...
