In 2004 The Rotary Club of Otumoetai decided to brighten up our local community by planting daffodils under the trees on the green space where Chapel St merges with Ngati Road. Ever since then they have multiplied and flowered each year bringing colour to our community. Enjoy as you drive past!
In April this year we joined with some other community groups to plant daffodil bulbs at Sydenham Botanic Park on Millers Rd. They too are now blooming and welcoming springtime visitors to the park!
